We had a private tour with Kel and Melissa and it was just like a day with good friends. They are proud of their city and it shows. They created an itinerary that included everything we asked for and more. It was a jam-packed day that included stops at the Brighton bathing boxes, a drive past various sporting venues, a visit to the main highlights of the city and a lunch stop at The Stables. We were treated to commentary on the history of the city and enjoyed every minute of the day. There could not have been a better way to experience Melbourne, and we recommend Kel and Melissa to anyone who wishes to have the best tour ever..

Thank you for packing into 3 hours so much insight and fun for the 6 of us. The sports venues, suburbs and bathing boxes would have held much less significance had we done the sightseeing on our own. It would have taken us way more time and effort to take in all these sights on our own too. As foodies, we enjoyed the oysters and crayfish at the South Melbourne Market you brought us to! I'd definitely recommend your tour for anyone who's been to the city and wants to see and taste more. Above all, we appreciate your warmth and friendliness.

Tour guides Kel and Melissa made us feel welcome from the start and gave us a wonderful opportunity to see magnificent homes, tree lined streets and private schools of Continue... famous Aussies on this 4 hour tour of Melbourne's exclusive eastern suburbs. Kel is a wealth of knowledge, providing an interesting commentary throughout the tour, but also allowing time for questions and conversation. Kel stops regularly to speak about the history of buildings, discuss the architecture and impart his knowledge of wealthy families and their philanthropy. It's marvellous to know that there are people in our community who willingly give back to society. We had time for a walk along the Yarra River and also stopped at beautiful Como House for afternoon tea and spend time chatting with our delightful hosts. Great afternoon out
We originally scheduled it for the 10th but one of our party members took unwell and Kel went out of his way to help rearrange our tour for the 13th, once our group were fully fit. Kel and Mel were great hosts, sharing a lot of information and making us feel very welcome. By the end of the tour, I felt I'd seen a lot, had a great afternoon out and had made two new friends. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Melbourne.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

Kel and Melissa drew up a tour of Melbourne and the surrounds based on their great knowledge, love of their city and one phone conversation with Tony. They picked us up from our hotel in a beautiful, clean and comfortable bus. After 5 minutes with them we felt like we had known them for years. Continue... During the day we were introduced to various sporting arenas, we walked along the beach, saw some magnificent old (& new) homes and learnt about some of the Melbourne fore-fathers who have helped establish this great city. Kel brought history alive to us with his admiration for the strong men and women of the past. There were many highlights for us but the walk along the Yarra (with numerous other smart Melbournians) tops all others. Give them a call and be prepared for a wonderful experience.

"A great three hours spent with Kel driving through some of Melbourne's eastern suburbs showing you a real insight into wealthy areas of Melbourne. Started with a drive through the city in a 12 seater mini bus. We walked along the Yarra River and saw mansions with private boat jetties, along the way we were shown houses where various well known Australians live, and we even looked through a new, very palatial home. Continue... While all the time Kel was telling us about Melbourne's history. A quick coffee stop at one of Melbourne's oldest homes "Como" while strolling through its gardens. I'm from Melbourne and was surprised at what I didn't know existed under my own nose!"

"Wow!!! if you really want a relaxing educational tour experience this is the way to go! Being a Melbourne resident I had no clue about the history of the Eastern suburbs. You really get to see where the rich and famous live and get a taste of their 'story'. When you learn about these things there's definitely more of an appreciation and respect that surfaces. Continue... It just goes to show there actually is so much background happening within a suburb. What a unique tour! Kel and Melissa are so genuine, accommodating and flexible, they really created a homey intimate effect which is why we felt so comfortable. We even got little treats and had a beautiful walk along the Yarra River and a relaxing afternoon tea at Como House which I had no idea existed. It was really nice to connect with fellow passengers too in such a friendly environment. Kel is a fantastic tour guide! You really have a lot of "I had no idea" moments. You even get to see where celebrities went to secondary school. I found it really positive to find out that there is a philanthropic charitable side to the rich and famous too and Kel executes this knowledge so well. “Highly highly” recommended people - you won't regret!"
